Outdoor Lifestyle Warranty:

Frames: 15 Year Limited Warranty for Outdoor Lifestyle Residential Furniture. If your Outdoor Lifestyle Furniture fails structurally (i.e. broken frames, castings, and welds) within 15 years from the date of the purchase, or if the finish peels or blisters within 5 years from the date of purchase, we will replace, repair, or refinish in the original style and finish, if available, or in a similar style and finish if the original has been discontinued. We reserve the right to repair or replace defective merchandise at our discretion. The warranty does not cover damaged caused by ordinary wear-and-tear, fading, accident, and acts of nature, mildew, misuse and shipping. Our warranty does cover freezing damage on cast aluminum components. Commercial warranty is 5 years from date of purchase from factory, or if the finish peels or blisters within 3 years from the date of purchase.

Inlaid Stone Table Tops: Outdoor Lifestyle offers a 3-year warranty from the original date of purchase from the factory on all materials of it's stone top tables for residential use. Commercial warranty is 2-years from the date of purchase from factory. We reserve all the right to repair or replace defective merchandise at our discretion. The warranty does not cover damage caused by ordinary wear-and-tear, fading, accident, acts of nature, mildew, misuse, shipping, and incorrect installation of the base by the customer or retailer.

Component Parts, Sling, Umbrellas, and Cushions: For a period of 1 year from original purchase from the factory, Outdoor Lifestyle will replace or repair component parts at our discretion such as glides, slings, umbrellas, cushions, etc... from failure due to manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damaged caused by ordinary wear-and-tear, fading, accident, suntan lotion, and acts of nature, misuse and shipping.

Rattan & Strap: Outdoor Lifestyle offers a residential 4-year limited warranty from the original date of purchase from the factory on breakage and a 2-year limited warranty against fading on materials of its rattan and strap furniture. Commercial warranty is 2 years from the date of purchase from the factory. We reserve the right to repair or replace defective merchandise at our discretion. The warranty does not cover damage caused by ordinary wear-and-tear, fading, accident, mildew, misuse and shipping.

Rattan Patio Furniture
Rinse off with water and wash with mild detergent and soft brush. Rinse off again with clean water and leave to dry.

Inlaid Stone Tops
Wash down with mild detergent (not ammonia based), water, and a soft brush. Rinse off again with clean water and let it dry naturally in the sun.

Sling Patio Furniture
Rinse off with water and wash with a mild detergent and soft brush. Rinse off again with clean water and leave to dry.

Cushions
All our cushions are made with zippers or velcro for easy cleaning. Simply remove them and machine wash in cold water with a mild detergent, then air dry.

Strap Patio Furniture
Rinse off with water and wash with a mild detergent and soft brush. Rinse off again with clean water and leave to dry.
