FREE SHIPPING:
Free shipping is now offered on most items priced on our sebsite. Some Exceptions Apply. If you see a "free shipping does not apply to this item" on the product page, shipping will be provided by a custom quote by our staff before we process your order. "Free shipping" is limited to standard ground shipments in the contiguous USA and curbside delivery for truck shipments. Inside delivery and any additional handling charges charged by the freight company is not included.


Custom Quotes & Free Shipping:  Any products priced by a custom quote may or may not include shipping costs in the total price quoted to you. At times our staff will list your shipping cost in addition to the product total in order to get you the lowest price possible.

We reserve the right to add shipping charges to any order where our shipping costs are prohibitive to providing you the product at the price listed. (this is a rare occurance and we will contact you if there will be any changes before we process your order.)

Handling Charge: In order to continue to offer Free Shipping on our products (raising fuel costs make this tough), a handling and processing charge of $9.99 in included with your order.

SALES TAX:
The tax laws require us to collect sales tax for all orders sold in Texas.

Shipping Policy:

Patiostore.com  will ship to almost any address within the contiguous U.S.A. via UPS, FedEx, DHL or the Freight carrier of our choice. We can ship to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Guam, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands or locations outside the United States of America however, additional shipping charges will apply along with an extending shipping time due to the additional handling involved. Please contact us for charges concerning shipping to these addresses.

Shipping Rates:
We also offer Free Shipping on some of our products however, some items are priced without shipping inlcuded in the price (we do this because these items are shipped via truck line and shipping costs vary greatly depending on where they are being delivered), It will be noted on the individual product pages if the free shipping offer does not apply to that item. Normal shipping rates are for orders shipped within the contiguous USA - standard ground shipping (UPS, FEDEX & USPS) and curbside delivery (truck shipments Inside delivery and any additional handling charges charged by the freight company is not included).  Expedited shipping is available for some products. Shipping to Canada:
We appreciate business from our Canadian neighbors to the north! Please note, however, that we will need to provide a custom shipping quote as our free shipping offer is only good in the lower forty-eight. Sorry about that! Please call or e-mail us and we'll get you squared away. Also, please note that we cannot assume responsibility for any duties or import-export controls.

International Shipping Now Available!

Large orders:
Contact us for a custom quote on large orders. We accept purchase orders from most businesses, schools and the military. A credit check may be required.

Custom Quotes:
Pricing for some of the products listed on our website is provided by a custom quote. We do this for a few reasons:

  • 1. Custom items/sets: on some of our products, such as patio furniture sets, you can put together a custom built set to fit your needs. We quote you a price based on the size of the patio set, options selected and where you live. Shipping costs may or may not be included in the quote. Our specialist will discuss the details with you when you receive the quote.
  • 2. Manufacturers restrictions: our agreement with some manufacturers do not allow us to publish pricing on our website and must be done by a custom quote.
  • 3. Large qty orders: additional discounts may be offered on large volume orders. Shipping is quoted separately on large orders.

All custom quotes are provided by one of our representatives by calling 1 888 814-7531. Information provided on this site for items that require a custom quote is provided for information purposes only – Custom quotes will override any pricing on this website.

Estimated Availability:
Product availability and estimated shipping times listed on this site are estimates only and are not guaranteed. The availability listed is the average time the product(s) usually take to ship. Multiple Shipments on the Same Order. In order to deliver your order as quickly as possible, your items may ship from different warehouses. In this case you will not receive all your items at the same time. Multiple shipments will not increase your shipping charges.

Returns:
Please call or email us for instructions on item returns
- Patio furniture has special return conditions (see below)

  • If you return the item(s) in sellable condition within 30 days, (meaning it is in mint condition with all packing materials so we can resell it) you'll receive a credit to your credit card, (or a refund in the method of payment), for the purchase price minus the actual shipping cost* to you.

  • If you return the item(s) in less than sellable condition within 30 days, (meaning it has been lightly used and not damaged, opened and damaged the packaging and/or you put it together and it really didn't work for you), you'll receive a Patiostore.com Coupon for the purchase price (it can be used at any of our Patiostore.com Stores) minus a 20% re-stocking fee and the actual shipping cost* to you.

  • If you return the item(s) in un-sellable condition, (meaning it has been used, worn, damaged and we cannot resell it), we will return the item to you. Please contact our customer service team to arrange the return. *(We cannot pay for shipping for returned items except in cases of defects or errors in fulfilling the order - shipping costs to you* will not be re-imbursed.

Special return conditions for Patio Furniture:

Quick Ship Patio Furniture -
May be returned within 10 days of receipt of shipment*
Restocking Fee: Item(s) which are in their original packaging and have not been used will not be assessed a re-stocking fee. If the items are not returned in their original packaging and show signs of use, then a 20% re-stocking fee will apply. You will be responsible for the actual shipping charges* in shipping the item(s) to you and back to our warehouse.
( A re-stocking fee is charged on some items because we cannot sell the item as a new item and will have to discount it to sell.)

Custom Patio Furniture - Orders where you pick the frame color, fabric, tile color, stain, etc... is a custom order and is usually made to order and may not be cancelled once it is in production. If you wish to cancel your order or return the item(s), then a re-stocking fee will be assessed. The re-stocking fee's vary depending on the manufacturer of the product and generally rang between 20% - 30%.
( A re-stocking fee is charged on custom furniture because it is more difficult to find a customer who requires the exact combinations which were right for you.)

Other Patio Items - May be returned within 30 days of receipt. Item(s) in the original, unopened packaging will not be assessed a re-stocking fee. Item(s) not in the original packaging will be eligible for a 20% re-stocking fee

*Actual Shipping Charges - The cost of shipping the item(s) to you and back to the warehouse will not be refunded. Actual shipping is the total charge billed to us by the freight company and may not be the same as on your invoice. The charge you are invoiced is usually less than the actual freight charges. This includes item(s) which qualify for our Free Shipping offer.
