• Support Structure :: The snap together support structure (horizontal ribs, uprights and strap connectors) are made of highly durable anodized aluminum. Tee connectors are made of solid core aluminum.
  
• Liner :: The liner is made of 28 gauge polyester reinforced fabric with a 20x20 strand per square inch weave woven polyester core. A liquid vinyl that contains UV inhibitors and anti-fungicides is then spread over the polyester weave. This creates a durable one piece membrane versus a typical non-reinforced, embossed vinyl liner used in metal frame above ground pools. Because no woven fabric can prevent water from passing through, the fabric is given a co-polymer coating that is applied to both sides of the fabric as a hot liquid. The liquid is smoothed into the fabric and fed between rollers, which firmly seals the openings in the weave.
