- OUTDOOR LIFESTYLE utilizes permanent die cast molding to ensure consistent sizing, strength and high quality on each item of its components.
- OUTDOOR LIFESTYLE utilizes advance MIG welding technology. Chair and table components are welded together in precision jigs and checked that they are level after welding. All welds are sanded smooth by hand and inspected prior to powder coating.
- OUTDOOR LIFESTYLE uses a five stage environmentally friendly pre-powder coating treatment process, to ensure the best adhesion of the final finish. This includes a 5-stage spray washer, ensuring that every part of the furniture is cleaned and treated with a pressurized spray. The chemical etching process, three rinses, and a proprietary conversion coating process protect the furniture against oxidation and provide a good foundation onto which to apply the powder-coated finish.
- OUTDOOR LIFESTYLE uses 100% polyester powders. The processes and powders used impart qualities of excellent exterior durability, flexibility and corrosion protection, as well as UV fade resistance. Antique finishes are applied by hand, making them truly unique.
