| INSTRUCTIONS
FOR INSTALLATION OF PPB 4000 |
STEP 1:
Excavate the pool site as per your pool kit
installation manual.
Remove all rock or any other objects from pool
site.
It may be necessary to use a tamping tool or
sod roller to produce a smooth and firm ground.
STEP 2: Assemble pool as
per pool kit installation manual.
STOP before liner is installed.
STEP 3:
Use masonry sand, if needed, to fill voids in soil.
STEP 4:
Lay PPB 4000 inside pool wall.
Continue left to right allowing a 2" overlap.
Measure and work with one piece at a time to
insure complete coverage of pool bottom.
STEP 5:
Install the pool cove around the perimeter of the pool.
STEP 6:
Clean PPB 4000 material of all dirt and debris.
Continue with liner and pool assembly per your pool
kit installation manual. |
